We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! This was the perfect location for exploring St. Augustine’s! Quick walk to the historic district, and easy to take a quick drive to beaches and other areas. Jamie’s place is spacious & beautifully decorated as well - would look forward to returning!

Carolina’s place was perfect for my husband and 2 fur babies. We came to town for a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and it was a perfect location with a short walk. We took full advantage of being so close to Anastasia Island and enjoying the swimming pool and large yard! I would definitely recommend this place.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. I was traveling with my elder parents and my young nephew, and the place was perfect for all of us. Nathalie & Mike’s place make us feel at home.

This was a great stay! The house was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. [They were incredibly helpful and responsive, providing local recommendations via a well put together book that made our trip even better. Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

Really beautiful memorable stay

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was a bit sparse but exactly what we needed to make some meals at home. The pool was great and the grill super useful. Great all around and close enough to everything!

I stayed with my daughter. We loved this studio. It is set up perfectly. Big bathroom. Tons of towels. Everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the book of recommendations which is also available on the site listing. We felt so safe and comfortable here. Very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this Air BnB in Saint Augustine! The place was clean and beautifully maintained with an old Florida feel/charm—very cozy and quiet inside, perfect for relaxing; very cozy on the outside with back porch and fenced in yard. The location was ideal, just minutes from historic downtown and close to everything you might need. What really stood out was the host—absolutely fantastic in every way: incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The condo itself was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine Beach at Todd's listing. The best part of the rental is the beach access which is about a 10 minute walk from the unit or you can park closer in visitor spots to get to the beach and beach pool even sooner. The place was clean, AC was great, and the shower was nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Todd was very responsive and friendly.

Wonderful time with family and friends for a much needed get away. We could not figure out the TV and Alan sent his friend and wife over to help fix the tvs. The friend and wife provided amazing food recommendations and places to go in downtown . Definitely recommend and will stay again .

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.
