Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Augustine South

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

If you are looking and are on the fence about Geni & Chris’s place it is definitely worth booking. The location is convenient to the beaches & downtown. The apartment is spacious & clean. There were beach towels and chairs for us to use which came in handy. If we return to St. Augustine we will definitely rebook with Geni & Chris.

The hosts were great. The place was clean and just as described. Very cozy guest house perfect for the two of us. Would definitely choose again.

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

Great stay! Loved how close the beach was as well as numerous restaurants and shops. The beach is absolutely beautiful! The area was very quiet but a quick drive into all that downtown St. Augustine has to offer. Beds were comfy and the unit had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! This is a nice little house—perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed being able to sit on the porch & visit without disturbing the late sleepers in our group. The house is about a 45 minute walk to the Bridge of Lions—-so do-able for most. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean—well stocked! We would stay here again & recommend this house.

Pristine environment and peaceful space full of everything we could ever need! Just far enough from the beach to allow us our own space and close enough that traffic wasn’t a problem! All-in-all a perfect little spot for a little getaway!

Sally's place was incredible for exploring all of St. Augustine Beach. We loved the walkability to the ocean, restaurants, coffee, donuts and ice cream. It was an 8 minute drive to the entrance of Anastasia State Park. Her place had everything we needed to cook and reheat meals. The king sized bed was incredibly comfortable. The back porch was a small piece of paradise where you could enjoy nature, read a book or sip on some coffee. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the area.

This home is WONDERFUL! Everything was just as pictured/described. Something very important to me is feeling safe and we absolutely did. Safe neighborhood and safe hosts. Short walk right to the beach, it says 10 minutes but even with the busy street to cross and a toddler in tow it was about 6 mins. I don’t think this part of the beach is ever crowded based on what we saw in a busy season, tons of space, not crowded like other Florida beaches. The home was super clean, had all amenities we needed. Beds were comfy. Lots of room for everything. Loved the backyard seating. About 10 mins from historic downtown. I liked being out of the hustle and bustle of that! Tons of food options downtown and near this house. We also had good luck doordashing too. We also appreciated having real, local hosts instead of a rental company. I know they would have been there if we needed anything but they truly thought of everything! We 100% will be back.

Carolina’s place was perfect for my husband and 2 fur babies. We came to town for a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and it was a perfect location with a short walk. We took full advantage of being so close to Anastasia Island and enjoying the swimming pool and large yard! I would definitely recommend this place.

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

This is a great location in St Augustine! the views are amazing and its close to downtown without all the hustle and noise. This home is really a great get away and we look forward to our next visit. The residents are all very kind and the pool were our favorite part! you definitely won't be disappointed staying here!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was amazing. The pools were very clean and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and kind. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all! I loved the security features and felt safe with my daughters. I would recommend this condo to friends, and would stay here again.

We loved staying at the Salty Suite! Amber was very responsive and gave clear instructions. She allowed us to check-in early, so we could enjoy an extra day on the beach! The place is beautiful and very peaceful! You park directly out front of the building which is very convenient. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you could need. It’s just a short walk to the beach and there are two swimming pools and tennis courts!

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.
