Hi , We offer the ground floor of our house located 10 minutes by bus or car from the city center, close to all amenities, bus stops and a highway entrance. Grandmont Faculty is less than a 5-minute walk away. Trousseau Hospital is a 5-minute drive and is easily accessible by bus. It's very easy to park in front of the house or in the free parking lot across the street. For a motorcycle, closed parking is available.
