"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

Dans la vallée de l’Indre, entre Tours et Loches, dans un hameau calme et bucolique en bord de rivière, petit gite pour 2 personnes avec entrée indépendante au rez-de-chaussée de notre villa art déco (nous habitons au-dessus), avec terrasse et jardin + ouverture de la piscine de mi-mai à mi-septembre (partagée avec le propriétaire avec créneaux) + TV dans le salon / chambre avec accès Netflix. Le Gîte le Grillon est à l'intérieur de la propriété mais totalement indépendant. Vous avez un accès au jardin. Il dispose d'une terrasse orientée plein sud sans vis à vis et une autre à l'ouest, équipée d'un salon de jardin. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine (chauffée naturellement). Nous fournissons le linge : draps, housses de couette, taies d'oreillers et serviettes de toilette. Vous êtes dans une impasse sans aucune circulation. Idéal pour couple et télétravail. Parking privé gratuit.

Vous pourrez apprécier les poutres d’origines et les hauteurs sous plafonds avec une superficie de plus de 190m2 et vous détendre au bord de la piscine chauffée dès le 10/05. Ce logement est fait pour accueillir 10 personnes.
