Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer

Our stay at Mike and Dave’s Airbnb far exceeded our expectations. "The Barn" was spacious and tastefully decorated with antiques, tapestries, and beautiful carpets. Each bedroom had its own modern, well-equipped bathroom with wonderful shower water pressure. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The large garden was peaceful and inviting, with lounge chairs, yard games, a badminton net, and a fenced-in area with goats. We enjoyed the quiet setting and the variety of birds around the property. Our dog was welcomed and had plenty of space to roam. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas were available and comfortable. The carved wooden canopy beds were a charming and cozy feature. Mike and Dave were excellent hosts: friendly, responsive, and helpful with restaurant suggestions and tips for visiting Mont Saint-Michel. They are fluent in French and English. We had a great time at Virginia and Jérôme's place. A welcome and availability as soon as we arrive from their friend Caroline . All the elements were: comfortable spaces, decoration, amenities , brightness , the charm of the stove, the wooded garden, sumptuous landscapes... I highly recommend this house. Overall very spacious and bright accommodation, with in particular a beautiful ceiling space serving the kitchen, the dining room and the living area. A large library gives a very nice touch to the whole, with lots of books and small colorful objects. Large terrace with sea view. Finally, children are welcome with a protected garden and a room furnished for them, with in particular a kitchenette.

We stayed in Laurence’s house for a week. The weather was extremely hot but the house was very cool inside and was a small oasis from the heat outside. The place is much bigger and nicer than the pictures! Laurence is a great host! She was always available to help. The bed linen were spotless and the house was very clean. It has everything you need for your stay! My three years old twins had a fab time in the garden and enjoyed the short walks to the village center. Overall, we had a great holiday!

a very nice night spent in Adrien's chalet. the fact that the host offers dishes or pizza is a real plus. The place is relaxing. it would have been desirable, however, to know the following two things: - the room is located on the mezzanine, low ceiling, narrow staircase. - the air conditioning is managed remotely by the host and the air conditioning outlet is not in the room but in the entrance.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.
