⚠️ATTENTION ⚠️ : juillet/Août location de samedi à samedi P'tite maison tout confort, deux chambres à l'étage, dont une ouverte sur l'escalier (un peu raide) et passage dans celle-ci pour accéder à la seconde chambre. Pas de toilettes à l’étage. Cuisine ouverte, salle de bain avec baignoire/douche et LL, wc indépendants Jardin de 600m2 clos et arboré. Exposé sud, au fond d'une impasse, calme et tranquillité assurés. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni. Le ménage est à faire par vous même.

We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
