La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Need to decompress, disconnect, want nature, calm and tranquility in a rural setting, ideal for this resource. Self-catering 1000m2 enclosed lot. proximity to donkeys (quiet, kind) independent trailer, not overlooked, all comfort heating bathroom and private jacuzzi (available May to the end of September according to meteo). Private car park possibility to meet our dogs for moments of cuddling and games (small family farm) pets not allowed

Apartment 3/4. Bessé sur Braye

Enjoy a refurbished home decorated in the theme of the Disco Years. It's well equipped. The accommodation, located in the heart of Bessé sur Braye, offers you the opportunity to participate in the festivities without having to take the car. It's only a 2-minute walk from the party room. You have parking space and parking in the city is free. The apartment is more than 42m2, it is very bright and quiet. It is located on the ground floor.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to update it, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Recreation center in the village with playground, swimming, fishing, petanque court. 1 hour from the Loire Valley castles, 20 minutes from Vendôme TGV station, 50 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from St Calais. There is free public parking 50 m away. Parents: possibility of providing a baby bed, high chair and baby bath on request.

You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.
