A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. This accommodation has a lot of history since the construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to bring it up to date, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. You will find on the ground floor a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
