Inveraray itself is just over an hour’s drive from Glasgow. The town is a gateway to the Highlands & Islands and provides a great base for day touring.

Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. Bright and airy, clean and comfortable, this 3 bedroom mid terrace house is located about 5 minutes walk to Inveraray town centre. The bedrooms (one double, one twin, one single) and shower room are upstairs, with the living room and kitchen/diner on the ground floor. Bedrooms, living room and dining area all have views looking between the trees to Loch Fyne. The patio area and bench is a quiet spot to enjoy the view. Inveraray is about 65 miles west of Glasgow on the A83.

It benefits from a lovely setting amongst the Scottish countryside with glorious views across Loch Fyne, and has many unique features. There is ample private parking directly outside the cottage (spaces for two cars with extra parking if required) and you are free to enjoy the fields and open spaces around you.
