The house, step-free, revolves around the enclosed garden and pool open in summer season (between mid-May and late September depending on weather conditions), giving the whole a zen atmosphere. The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of the Château de Tiffauges. We rent a part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you for you to enjoy hiking, running, trail or mountain biking.

House full of charm and conviviality close to Puy-du Fou and Hellfest. This is my primary residence, fully renovated as a family last year before my transfer! It has 3 bedrooms, a courtyard often closed unmowed, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is a senseo coffee maker. No shutters, occupant curtains. Close to the basilica, for awakenings in grandeur (at Mass time).
