In Buis, discover buildings that are several hundred years old nestled in the middle of 15 hectares of woods and orchards. The luxury of this place lies in the quality of the environment, the space to feel at home. The buildings are surrounded by lawns, woods and orchards, which guarantee calm but even more so because we manage this operation ourselves without any treatment products, without fertilizers, without glyphosate. Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Very spacious accommodation in a peaceful location on the edge of the Perche in the Perche Emeraudes in the heart of the Huisne Valley. For 4 people with a large bedroom with dressing room and a double bed of 160 (2x80) or possible to separate the beds. A sofa bed for two in the living room. Outdoor terrace area and ample car parking.

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This charming village house, perfect for 1 to 4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optics, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure keybox, childcare equipment and concierge services available upon request.

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

L'endroit est intéressant pour son environnement vert, boisé, ombragé et privatif. Elle se trouve à 5 km. d'un petit ville avec tous les commerces et un base de loisir avec plan d'eau.
