The tastefully decorated farmhouse with superb pool and terrace is situated in a beautiful setting with fantastic views and amazing sunsets. In summer you can enjoy fruits from the land (4 ha). Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter heated swimming pool from early May to late October. The displayed rate includes cleaning as well as the provision of sheets, towels, and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Old Farmhouse for 2 to 12 people

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

Right in the heart of the country of the Bastides, close to the Dordogne and Monflanquin, we welcome you to our estate. In a privileged setting, quiet and surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, the game room, outdoor games, go for a bike ride.
