We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Two bedrooms: 2 queen size beds (160 x 200) and 1 bed 140 x 190, fully equipped kitchen, games area, desk. Easy parking in front of the house. No smoking allowed, pets not allowed. Housekeeping by you (housekeeping package €70 upon request). Numerous lakes and bodies of water nearby. All shops 5 minutes away.

Que vous soyez en quête de tranquillité, d’aventure en plein air ou d’une escapade en famille, notre chalet est l’endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Le gîte est situé au cœur d'un magnifique parc arboré de 4800 m² cloturé, offrant une véritable immersion dans la nature. Notre chalet de 110m² peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 6 personnes.

La pause de l'ours vous invite à vous ressourcer dans son gîte "Côté source". Faites une pause en pleine campagne et à seulement 10 min de Limoges. Gîte indépendant pour 2 à 4 pers. ( lit 160 ou 2 lits 80 et canapé convertible, nous contacter) Pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, chambre séparée, salle d'eau avec douche et wc. WIFI. Linge de maison fourni. Mise à disposition d'un lit parapluie. Jardin paysagé, mare, sur une propriété de 4 hectares.
