We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

C'est un gite parfait pour 1 couple (+ 1 bébé), 1 voyageur solo, 1 séjour professionnel (accès rapide à l'A20), le tout avec ou sans compagnon à quatre pattes. Gite non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Que vous soyez en quête de tranquillité, d’aventure en plein air ou d’une escapade en famille, notre chalet est l’endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Le gîte est situé au cœur d'un magnifique parc arboré de 4800 m² cloturé, offrant une véritable immersion dans la nature. Notre chalet de 110m² peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 6 personnes.

In the heart of the peaceful Limousin countryside, nestled between Limoges, Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat and Eymoutiers, this cottage harmoniously blends tradition and modernity to offer a relaxing setting. This authentic Limousin residence, built around an old bread oven, was a real favorite for us and we are sure that its beautiful stones, chestnut woodwork and unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside will not fail to seduce you.

Le SPA de l’Impasse est un logement propice à la détente et à la relaxation grâce à son jaccuzi protégé par une pergola et son sauna intérieur. Vous pourrez également vous reposer dans le salon équipée de sa grande télé connectée ! L’appartement dispose d’une cuisine entièrement équipée (four/micro-ondes/plaques induction/bouilloire/ cafetière Dolce Gusto/grille pain et frigo) et d’un coin repas.
