Apartment located on the second floor of a small residence. It benefits from a prime location, as it is located 300 m from La Grande Conche beach. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2023 and all its amenities are new. The main bed is located on the mezzanine, and the second bed is in the living room. The balcony is particularly nice. You will have a dedicated parking space within the residence (suitable for a car-type vehicle).
