Charming and welcoming hosts, good recommendations on restaurants and activities to do nearby. We had a great stay, the apartment is comfortable, nothing to plan, everything is provided. Very well located, close to all shops and 2 steps from the beach. We would highly recommend. Thank you again for this pleasant weekend.

Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds very quickly to messages. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

Very pleasant stay with Françoise and her husband who were very welcoming and very discreet during our stay. Very clean accommodation and which is even better than the presentation of the photos on the site. Very quiet environment, possibility of putting the car under a carport on their property instead of staying in the street. Very well located, a few kilometers away from Pointe de Suzac, Matata and Regulus caves in Meschers sur Gironde as well as the beautiful village of Talmont sur Gironde. We recommend this property 100%.

I recommend this accommodation we can't find better in situation we are facing the sea and even if the weather is not nice we can enjoy the view behind the large bays, the house is very well equipped, house ideal for gathering with family or friends, bike path right in front, easy to park out of season. Very responsive and available host.

Excellent quiet accommodation and in accordance with the description, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the absence of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

It is truly a quiet, peaceful and exotic cocoon. We were hosted very well by Laurence. Very quiet environment and close to the center of Saint-Georges de Didonne and the beaches. The accommodation is clean and contains all the necessary equipment to spend a few days there. The outdoors is very well laid out. Despite the cool temperatures, we were able to make the most of the garden and house. Thanks to Laurence and her husband for hosting us, we will come back without hesitation!

We had a very pleasant stay! We received clear and helpful instructions in advance about what to do in the area, which was very nice. The house itself was comfortable and ideal for our family, the children also felt immediately at home. The facilities were within walking distance, and there were nice dining and drinking options nearby. The beaches in the area were also a real plus. Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive so that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I highly recommend it. Top location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing.
