Au nord du Perche, entre Mortagne-au-Perche et Moulins-la-Marche, cet appartement est situé au calme en plein cœur de la campagne. Il se trouve au 1er et seul étage de l'immeuble à ossature bois. Il se compose d'une pièce de vie de 30m2 avec cuisine équipée: four, lave-vaisselle, plaques induction, réfrigérateur, congélateur..., canapé convertible, télévision, s'ouvrant sur le balcon. La chambre de 10m2 est meublée d'un lit 160x200, d'un dressing et d'une salle de bain, WC séparés.

Possibility of a single bed for 1 child (90 cm) on request with a supplement of 8 euros so the living room space is more crowded.
