Holiday rentals with breakfast in Saint-Gervais-en-Belin

2-night stay in a clean cottage with a very good welcome from our host. the accommodation is located in a quiet place 5 min from Le Mans. Thank you for the necessities the next morning.

Thank you for these 4 days in your company. It was our first real AirBnb because you shared your home with us (most of the time on AirBnb we have no contact with the owners). Our 2 children were delighted, we ate very well (dinner and breakfast), the visits to the chicken coop with Naelle were very enjoyable and we watched the Champions League final with Alban (5-0 for PSG for the record). We highly recommend any stay with Alban and Naëlle!

Reception and accommodation were very pleasant. Martine and Philippe are very hospitable and it is nice to talk to them in French and English about everything. Chances are we will stay there again if we are in transit in this region. Recommended if you like a rural atmosphere...

A great stay at Karim's place. Karim and his family were great hosts and left us their house for the night because we watched the 24-hour race of Le Mans. The place was spotless and perfect. Karim was very helpful and even organized locks for the bikes and bought rolls and baguette in the morning. An amazing person, an amazing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you.

The place is amazing! We were a group of friends and the place had everything you want to just hang around with set of friends and have good time. There is small cute backyard and barbq. That makes it perfect for a barbecue night. It is very near to the railway station as well. Lot of eateries nearby. Estelle was super sweet to accommodate our checkin since we were late she recommended some tips to do around teh Loire valley. Overall a must stay!

This is the second year we have come to stay here. Just like last year, this stay was perfect. Patrick is a great host, always available and very helpful. Breakfast is offered with a wide choice that satisfies all tastes. The bed linen, the bathroom and the whole room in general are impeccably clean. You can book with your eyes closed, your stay will definitely be a success.

Bérengère and her husband are very nice and were very welcoming. The room is exactly as described, and the location is ideal for discovering Le Mans. We would highly recommend it.

Great location for exploring LeMans, close to restaurants, easy to catch a tram to the track. Fantastic market on Sunday morning.

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

stay up to our expectations, Nelly and her husband were very available, adapting their schedules to ours for breakfast: what a treat to have fresh bread and croissants in the morning!! Accommodation as advertised, nothing was missing, ideally located between the city and the circuit, perfect for events because close to tram lines. a big thank you to our hosts for this welcome and their tips to make our stay perfect.

If you are looking for a house with a history but renovated with great taste, Ariane's house and her family are for you. We were greeted with a big smile, Ariane and her family put you at ease right away, we shared a small aperitif with good rillettes, it feels like you're staying with friends. We only stayed one night but if the opportunity arises we will return to this beautiful house with its beautiful and quiet exterior. We couldn't enjoy breakfast because we left extremely early on Sunday morning but Ariane and her family had prepared a top breakfast basket for us, thank you so much for this attention. We look forward to seeing you again.

Three days stay for me. Very nice countryside around. the farm is peaceful and the exteriors are clean and bucolic. The bedroom and bathroom are pristine and the decor is tasteful. I'll be back! For my part, it's just missing a small microwave and a kettle. Too many dishes and handling to do in the kitchen area when you want to disconnect, but it was a detail that only engages me. Thanks to Anne and her husband for their hospitality. ps: the chicken and jam was delicious! (organic farm, you have to enjoy it)

The night went very well, after an excellent dinner and a very hearty and succulent breakfast the next day. All the products are local and salty and sweet were at the rendezvous for the morning feast. Very very satisfied with the friendliness of Marie Jo and her friend. IMPECCABLE. . . thank you again. We stopped at Patrice and Paloma's with our 3 children on the way to our vacation. We were very well received, we had the floor of the house at our disposal, i.e. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Patrice recommended where to eat on Le Mans. We were able to visit the 24 Hours of Le Mans Museum and Old Le Mans before heading back on the road the next day after having very good breakfast. Recommended address!

We had a wonderful stay at the Chateau. Fady was a kind and generous host who communicated very well and was very flexible when we got delayed on the way back. The Chateau was beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool and garden. We also had a delicious dinner whilst staying there. Thanks so much Fady and family, we look forward to coming to stay again.

Perfect place for couple. We stayed here during the MOTORCYCLE GP 2025 weekend. Located 25 minutes away, quiet, it brings everything you will need. The owners are adorable and welcoming. Thank you for this beautiful duo break. We'll be back!

A highlight of our extended visit to France! An absolutely delightful experience and wish we had booked an extended stay. The heartfelt passion Ivana and her family have for their beautiful chateau is immediately obvious. Her activities and restaurant recommendations were perfect. We will definitely be back and we could not more highly recommend this accommodation. It’s truly an experience! The only disappointment is that this stay was in the middle of our trip and every lodging experience after this will surely be a disappointmen!
