The large size of your bedding (1* 180 cm) and its quality will prepare you for sweet nights. Your vehicle will find its place at the foot of the accommodation. If there are 4 of you, we can add 2 pull-out beds.

Vous trouverez également une salle d’eau avec grande douche et WC suspendu. Vous pourrez stationner vos véhicules dans une cour clôturée avec un portail électrique. Un appentis à côté du logement permet de stationner des motos à l’abris.

Large house in the heart of the city of Moncé-en-Belin, 5 km from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. On the ground floor: Beautiful kitchen open to the living room. Also a shower room as well as separate toilet and access to the outside equipped with a wooden deck. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms including a suite with bathroom. And finally on the 2nd floor a suite offering 1 king size double bed as well as a pull-out bed and its bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

The house consists of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with large screen TV and box, an equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with toilet and a separate toilet. An air-conditioned games room including foosball, darts, ping pong table, arcade game terminal and outdoor games. A pool area (4*8) and spa (5 pers) open from 9am to 9pm with deckchairs

This downtown house perfectly located on a semi-pedestrian street offers easy access to all amenities and the Tramway to access the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. 2 master bedrooms with double bed and individual bathroom. 1 smaller bedroom with a double bed. And in the living room, a double sofa bed. The Terrace/courtyard allows you to eat outdoors. Rental for parties strictly prohibited. Access to the house is limited to the number of people scheduled for the reservation
