Magnifique gîte situé au milieu de 12 ha de nature, entre prairies et forêt pour se ballader et observer les animaux, endroit calme et reposant. Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain à la ferme et déguster du vin chez nos amis vigneron.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
