The house is located on a 4000 m2 enclosed plot, south facing with a very bright kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, leading to a large terrace. Ground floor, a bathroom with shower. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 m beds and a full bathroom. The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument. The sea is less than 20 minutes away and the river is less than 5 minutes away.

Lovely cottage in an old renovated school in the heart of Briere Park with all the comforts and full equipment. Private garden , swimming pool heated from June to October, outdoor common to 2 accommodations, enclosed school courtyard with ping pong table, petanque area, private parking. South facing. Close to shops but very quiet, next to the Domaine du Golf de la Bretesche and 25 minutes from the first beaches, salt marshes and the medieval city of Guérande.
