Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Location: 2 km from the village and its shops. 6 km from Rochefort-en-Terre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), the Moulin-Neuf pond, the Brittany Prehistory Park. 10 km from the Brest-Nantes canal, for bike rides, 20 min. from La Gacilly and Malestroit, medieval town, 35 min. from the beaches and 40 min. from Vannes.

The house can accommodate up to six people with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor area with barbecue. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
