The little house on the Loire

Renovated gîte in a typical house on the banks of the Loire, 10 minutes from Angers, which can accommodate 4 people. A wooden walkway leads to a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining and relaxation areas. The stilt terrace overlooks the countryside, ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue. Upstairs, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 beds convertible into king size bed, one shower room. Perfect for a business stay, vacation or a relaxing break.

Built on a natural rocky outcrop, the property enjoys an elevated and non-floodable position, offering both security and historic charm. The whole is harmoniously organized around a closed courtyard, guaranteeing calm and privacy. A stay full of history, in a preserved and secure heritage setting.

Our cottage "La maison des Vendangeurs", located in the Loire Valley in the heart of Anjou, offers an ideal starting point for visiting castles, vineyards and all kinds of cultural, gastronomic and nature discoveries with family or friends. Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

La Ronsardière Gîte – Bouchemaine – 64 m²

This cottage can accommodate up to 4 people (+ baby) and is completely independent. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, an office area, a bathroom, a large kitchen and dining room, and an outdoor table with a barbecue. It is fully equipped, with special attention given to cyclists. It is located just a 600-meter walk from the center of Bouchemaine, three minutes from the river, and five minutes from the water sports center. Welcome!

La Pointe Windmill Tower

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums, Terrabotanica are a short drive away. Beautiful walks along the Loire.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants...
