No wifi, only connected to the Loire Provision of sheets+ towels: €40 From October to April, if necessary heating: meter reading at the entrance and exit for payment according to your consumption. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Escape on our skidbladnir canoe along the Loire near Angers. Come and spend an unforgettable time in a unique setting surrounded by nature. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset. In winter, a stove is available for your comfort. The table can be converted into a bed for 2 people. The skidbladner is moored to my property where you can park. To get on board, simply access it via the footbridge (please note that access may be difficult depending on the level of the Loire
