Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

It is fully equipped, with special attention given to cyclists. It is located just a 600-meter walk from the center of Bouchemaine, three minutes from the river, and five minutes from the water sports center. Welcome!
