Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans cet appartement neuf à l'étage de notre maison à Ste Gemmes sur Loire. La maison a été entièrement rénovée par nos soins en 2024. Nous avons souhaité créer un appartement autonome et confortable à l'étage pour pouvoir accueillir les voyageurs dans notre belle région. Chemins de balade le long de la Loire et la Maine directement depuis la maison. Guinguette à 10 min à pied et tous commerces à 5 min en vélo/voiture. Cyclistes Loire à vélo bienvenus

The little house on the Loire

Renovated gîte in a typical house on the banks of the Loire, 10 minutes from Angers, which can accommodate 4 people. A wooden walkway leads to a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining and relaxation areas. The stilt terrace overlooks the countryside, ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue. Upstairs, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 beds convertible into king size bed, one shower room. Perfect for a business stay, vacation or a relaxing break.

Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be installed on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to receive you in our house located on the way to the Loire by bike and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive away, the exhibition centre a 15-minute drive away. Reminder, there is no TV and the wifi turns off between midnight and 6am to avoid the waves at night.
