Ideally located 3 km from Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, this cocoon will allow you to experience all the activities that our beautiful mountain offers... downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, hiking, raclette, fondue, come and enjoy a week of total change of scenery and magic.

Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150 m² of living space. This chalet includes 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. It is located in Villards-sur-Thônes, 900 m above sea level, equidistant from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat. The chalet is not suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility.
