Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Saint Johns River

My family and I were thrilled to have picked this place. The space was big enough for us 6. Location is so close to restaurants and in the water park that have a cafe that makes fresh food and Drinks! The kids and I had a blast. Recommend to go out and explore the Airbnb has to offer. Great location and host!

Amazing! We had an amazing stay at Luke place. The host was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was a highlight - we had a blast at the pool party and met some great people. It was the perfect spot to relax and have fun. We're actually relocating to FL, and this place made the transition a little easier. The only minor hiccups were with parking and getting an extra blanket, but they didn't affect our overall experience. We'd definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you! Luke

They responded quickly. Everything was set up as described easy to get in my kids love the room. I love the location. It was in the center of everything. They even had toys for the beach, coolers and a walker, which made it super easy so I didn’t have to buy anything while I was down there definitely will stay with them again.

Great place and great location, every where we went was between 6 to 15 minutes away, lots within walking distance as well. The resort renovations have been completed and look great. This unit is about a 2 minute walk to the pool.

The apt is very comfortable and well stocked. Colorful and cozy. My favorite is the patio with several areas to sit amongst tropical potted plants.. with sunshades and a covered table/ chairs where I could have morning tea. Bonus is lovely outside shower for nice rinse after my time at the beach. All immaculate and welcoming. Restaurants and shops are close by as well. Thank you for hosting Stacey. Thanks to Bryant for being near by to answer questions. I highly recommend Stacy’s apt and the Flagler Beach area. I hope to stay again!!!

We loved our stay at Walt’s Vision! Just like the pictures on the listing. Very fun Disney themed rooms that my boys loved! So much attention to detail! Very clean, easy access to surrounding amenities, very close to Disney and Universal! Would highly recommend and stay again!

The Mickey house is fabulous… you feel right at home… John and Yvonne were quick to respond and it was a minor issue about a missing remote… John came quickly and fixed in a matter of minutes… the pool was awesome… the decor was so cute and the theater room was awesome… You felt at home and able to relax after a fun day at Disney!!!! Highly Recommend !! 100/100 We were a family of 8 and had lots of room and when we needed space to ourselves, each group had a spot!! Awesome place to stay while in town, kids absolutely loved the pool & large TV.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Dawns place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! We traveled as a group of 8 people ages ranging from 15 to 42, along with our 3 furbabies. Dawn herself greeted us there and gave us a quick tutorial on how to use all the fancy gadgets in her home. Very friendly and quick to respond if you need anything! As we arrived later than we had intended she had some nice goodies for us, some adult beverages, pizzas...we had for dinner (BONUS) as we did not feel like going back out after a long trip, even some bacon and eggs for breakfast! I could go on and on about this gorgeous relaxing home, from the pool/backyard oasis, large property/yard for privacy and the doggos, to the snazzy gadgets, the coffee maker, and even the toilets in the bathrooms. Oh and don't get me started on the beds!!! I absolutely loved them and miss it already! 100 out of 10 recommended! We enjoyed our stay beyond what we imagined. Already planning to go back soon! *VERY PRIVATE*

Loved the place very comfortable and clean. My grandson loved forest and puddles. All my grand children and adult children loved spending our evening in the pool. Will definitely do it again. Michael was great very informative and we loved his decor. Thanks Michael you’re the best!

5 star home and host. Home was clean, well maintained, and had a wonderful vacation vibe. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great location just minutes from Legoland Theme park, restaurants, and other amenities like Walmart if you forgot something. The movie and arcade rooms were a great addition to help keep our toddler occupied during some unfortunate rain. Lastly Lykeisha was amazing. She was very responsive and helpful with accommodating us! A joy to interact with. Overall this is the type of home that makes you never want to stay in another hotel.

Amazing place to stay with kids. Close to Walmart, restaurants, fast food, and Magic Kingdom. I would recommend this cozy place.

we wanted a place to stay that was close to Epic Universe/Universal Orlando and this was perfect! publix and restaurants is just a walk away! our son loved the decorations and the variety of game consoles (game cube reminded me of my childhood🥹) we would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean place. Well advertised and organized. Lots of little extras like toys for the little ones and extra place settings. Super easy to check in and about a 10 minute drive to Disney (depending on traffic). Great neighborhood with a Walmart right down the street (other shopping and restaurants really close, too). Kids were very excited when we got there. Great vacation!

Tristan’s is a great host. She made my family and I confortable and welcomed. Proactive when needed. Very close to Disney Parks. Within 15-20mins. About 30-40mins with traffic to Universal Orlando. About an hour with traffic to Busch. SeaWorld is 20-30mins in traffic. The condo is surrounded by restaurants and shops near by. Pool is about 1 min walk. Just right across from the condo. Everything you need is available within the condo. I would definitely recommend to book.

We had a great experience at Ef and Yimm’s Air BnB. We do stay at a AirBnB’s frequently. There were a few things that we noted that exceeded expectations: 1) nice appliances in the unit (with a working ice maker that was full of ice when we got there). 2) enough laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for multiple loads, 3) resort area was very nice. Kids loved it. The splash pad for little kids is one of better ones I have been to, 4) the house is equipped with everything would need for babies, 5) area was quiet at night, 6) and the master bed was super comfortable. Would definitely come back.

This unit makes you feel right at home, everything you need she’s got it for you down to pots &pans,towels, washer & dryer, kitchen spices, condiments etc. all we had to do was purchase food. Will definitely be renting from Marisol the next time we’re in this area 5 star host !

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent and exactly like the photos and descriptions. Everything was nice and clean. Soon as me and my family walked in it smelt fresh and felt right at home. Perfect vacation spot for me and my family and we enjoyed every min of it. We definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Lina was a great host and always responded in a timely and professional matter.
