House holiday rentals in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles

We spent 3 nights with friends (4 adults) in this nice accommodation. Our goal was to relax and discover the region. Objective achieved with in addition, a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and very good advice host. Thank you Frédéric for this stay. We were able to enjoy the Jaccuzzi which was very clean and in line with the description. We'll be happy to go back!

Clean and well-equipped accommodation.

The house is very well kept. Beautiful services, a beautiful pool, full of nice little corners to chat or read. I think spending a week with family this summer would be a real little paradise. I recommend it without a problem. You won't be disappointed.

We had a pleasant stay. Thanks to Tony for his warm welcome. The villa was very well equipped, exactly as in the pictures. It is a private and quiet place, quite ideal for families. Not very far from the city center so accessible to quite a few restaurants and activities. We recommend it to everyone!

Regulars of Airbnb weekends with friends, this is one of the best places we've been. Jean is a welcoming and considerate host. Everything is provided to make you feel at home: beds made (impeccable bedding), towels available + for the pool, all the little necessities for daily life. The house has a crazy character, just like the outside, whether it's raining or sunny. We hope to return one day, Thank you Jean.

We had a lovely stay at Camille’s place. Our two year old daughter was very excited to see the chickens. Pool was lovely and warm. The toddler toys were such a treat and made entertaining our little girl sooooo much easier. Communication was great. Would reccommend.

Vincent’s place was a dream. We loved the beautiful pool area and the place had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Conveniently placed near to shops. We spent a day at Puy du Fou and it’s only 35min by car. We only spent two nights here on our way down to La Rochelle but would definitely recommend!

The house is in a lovely area and there are great walks along the river from the house. Lots of good cycle paths too if you take your bikes. The house is very spacious and was lovely and clean. The outdoor seating area is also great. The pool is a good size but was a little on the chilly side. The host was easy to communicate with, responding quickly to queries.

The stay from the reception before arrival until departure went perfectly. Frédéric is a very kind, friendly and flexible host. The place is beautiful The views are beautiful.

Quiet, soothing place facing the vineyards and only 10 minutes by car from the Nantes ring road. Optimized layout to enjoy a beautiful living space, agility recommended to reach the floor.

Great stay, very clean and functional nickel accommodation, no complaints. Very quiet and peaceful location. Hosts very responsive in message exchanges (we were not able to meet them directly unfortunately because they were traveling). We were nevertheless lucky enough to enjoy the fruits and vegetables from their garden (with their permission of course), the strawberries were delicious to the delight of children and parents. In short, we recommend:-)

Had a wonderful stay here! We needed a place around this location for easier-access to get to a wedding. Accessible to center of Nantes if needed but nice country-side vibes :) Price point was perfect as well. The place was very clean and exactly as described. Wonderful stay! Recommend

Had a pleasant stay in this large house with a garden. Very nice rooms. Very well equipped for kitchen and linens. Possibility to put your car in the garage. For me, I don't need it because the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Overall it was perfect. Enjoy your stay at the next time.

We had an incredible stay at Les Roussieres. Anne was brilliant at keeping in touch in the run up and made herself available for when we wanted to arrive, along with brioche and a bottle of wine. The surroundings are stunning, and if you want to travel around there is lots to do, but with such a phenomenal house you could just stay in for the week and be perfectly happy. I would 100% recommend a stay here, if you can.

Beautiful place! It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to several walking paths which is really refreshing. The accommodation is very clean and well decorated. We stayed there for 4 days and it's an address we'll keep Fabienne is very kind and available We would highly recommend!!

6 adults and a baby, we spent 5 wonderful days in this warm house, surrounded by the works of Apple. Ideal place to gather as a family, feel "at home". We did not have the pleasure of meeting Apple, but even remotely her welcome was warm and she responds quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

We had a very short stay, a weekend for a wedding, in Rodolphe and Laëtitia's cottage, and we are delighted! The accommodation is completely in line with the description, our host was very welcoming and was even able to recommend a restaurant and pizzeria because we arrived late. The cottage is very pleasant, with a beautiful terrace that we were even able to enjoy for meals and morning coffees because the weather was very mild. A big plus for the bedding and the size of the beds in general, we slept very well. Rodolphe and Laëtitia are very available and we were able to arrive and leave at our ease because they were very flexible on the time. I recommend it!

The house is wonderful and really looks exactly like the pictures. Electric shades across the whole house provide safety and complete darkness. Comfortable beds, linens and towels provided. Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, great WiFi across the house, wonderful garden to enjoy in the evening. really everything you need to have a great stay. One bedroom, toilet, shower is downstairs and upstairs you have two bedrooms, one en-suite w shower, a toilet, and another shower. There’s an option upstairs for another room that can be opened to a living room for the upper floor. Genius design! The house is located at the end of a small alleyway so it’s very quiet. Ride to center is about 15 min. Some closer restaurants but best variety and options are in the center. Overall very good stay; highly recommended.
