The "Loire" is a quiet and comfortable apartment in the heart of the village, 20 minutes from Nantes. Walking distance: shops, restaurants, bakery... In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Located on the banks of the Loire, 25 minutes from Nantes, this apartment, in the heart of a large house, offers direct access to the Loire by bike. This completely renovated duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and upstairs, a large mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed and two 90 x 200 beds. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided.
