New, cute, clean and well-appointed accommodation, quiet, independent, with preserved privacy. Pascal was friendly, considerate to arrange the room according to our needs (2 separate twin beds), good advice for visits around. A good choice for a pleasant stay between the city, countryside and islands of Charente-Maritime.

We had a great stay at Gérard and Véronique's, who are very friendly hosts and always smiling and dynamic. The hosting was very warm . The cottage is very clean and very functional . Everything is well thought out. Quality linen. Very comfortable bedding. The terrace near the kitchen is also very nice, well-equipped for outdoor meals and relaxing on sunny days. The calm of this place filled us. We sincerely thank Gérard and Véronique for their kind little touches: walnut wine and homemade jam, as well as some cakes from the region. Thank you also for the little demonstration of "tap dancing". We highly recommend this rental, which is very well located in a very beautiful region. We'll be happy to go back.

We highly recommend the place! The apartment is stylish and furnished with great attention to detail, spotlessly clean and excellently equipped. The spacious outdoor area with a beautiful garden and a wonderful pool invites you to relax and offers a fantastic atmosphere. Hostess Céline is very warm and attentive – you feel welcome from the first moment.

We spent a week at Marine’s property. It is absolutely beautiful. The interior is immaculate and spacious, whilst the outside offers a quiet private space with a gorgeous pool. The property has some lovely fields surrounding it, so great for summer walks. We enjoyed taking day trips to surrounding areas - especially La Rochelle Vieux Port. Very beautiful. Marine has been the perfect host, always available to answer any questions etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for the perfect stay and your kindness.

Very beautiful home, cool in summer. Quiet street with space to park in front. There are two queen beds, including a sofa bed. we had a great stay, bakery 5 minutes drive next to Rochefort, breakfast in front of the lake. Sea 10 minutes away, we loved the area

Ideally located apartment to visit Rochefort on foot. Florent's responsiveness to solve problems, he is very friendly and very helpful. The apartment is very well arranged for a relaxing weekend. Large free parking in front of the apartment, free parking on Sundays and public holidays in front of the accommodation. Market on Saturday morning in the street just next door.

Pleasant accommodation, only used for sleeping and having breakfast. Ideally located in relation to the port and city center.

We had a great stay at Anne's, who is a very responsive host. The location of the apartment is ideal, quiet, 2 steps from the ocean. Right next to the apartment is a Spa Hotel Restaurant where we were able to eat, the meal and service are excellent, and the terrace offers an incredible view of the ocean.

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very looking forward to returning to La Rochelle in this beautiful and tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Mathieu welcomed us in person. He was very friendly and his explanations were very clear. The accommodation is very pleasant and especially extremely well located, in the heart of La Rochelle, in the pedestrian streets. In short, everything was perfect.
