We had a very nice and relaxing holiday in the Cabane. The peace was remarkable! You can only hear the birds - especially the cuckoo. Beautiful! Despite the seclusion, you are near Chateauneuf to try the delicious wines or you can drive to the beach. The location is ideal! You can shop in St. Laurent or drive to Castelnau-de-Medoc, where there is a great fresh market and bakery. Worth the path. Since we had everything we needed in the cabane, we would like to come back (even if the mattress of the large bed was very soft)! Communication with Virginie was very easy, fast and friendly.

First of all, a big thank you to Anne and Gaël for their kindness and responsiveness to our questions! They are attentive hosts to the well-being of their tenants. We were like in a cocoon in their modern, well-equipped and very comfortable cottage. Partly thanks to them, we had a great stay in the beautiful Médoc region. The estuary is magical and grandiose! We recommend hiking in the Contaut nature reserve and higher up the Cordouan lighthouse, as well as the Richard lighthouse and its walk along the squares with breathtaking views of the estuary! Of course, Lake Hourtin, the castles and the good wine!!! Also mention for the Pauillac tourist office where the staff are welcoming, smiling, and give very good advice!
