Enjoy a private garden and a 2-hectare wooded park, and unwind in the peaceful countryside just outside Angers (12 minutes drive). The village (bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy) is 1.3 km away, on the edge of the Fouilloux woodland (90 hectares). Only 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire, in the heart of the bocage, set off to discover the treasures of Anjou.

Come and enjoy a house in the countryside. Only 10 minutes from Angers. The calm and the equipment of the house will allow you a pleasant stay. (3 double beds, 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 on the attic floor. 1 is open as a mezzanine. A sofa bed, a driver, a baby bed) Closed parking under video surveillance. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. Loire Valley 5 minutes away, Béhuard UNESCO World Heritage Site, Château de Serrant nearby.

La Pointe Windmill Tower

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums, Terrabotanica are a short drive away. Beautiful walks along the Loire.

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
