Great location and beautiful building to stay in.

This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Host was very responsive. Very comfortable and everything available in the apartment for a family.

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! We stayed here for 2 nights and Jane was the perfect host. She was responsive and helpful and as we were celebrating an occasion she helped make our stay feel special. The flat is in the old town located above a cute cafe (perfect for breakfast!) and accessed from the rear down quiet road. It is close to shops and the sea so the location is great. The rooms inside are spacious and the bath towels luxuriously soft and fluffy.

Lovely apartment close to St Leonard's station. The bed is something to boast about, it's amazing for both size and comfort! The living room is cozy and spacious, and the garden is very peaceful. The shower is great and big enough for a couple to shower together whilst using both the overhead and the shower handle. The neighbourhood is quiet and the walk to Hastings town centre is both lovely by the coast and through the green areas. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous and generous accommodation in Old Hastings, central to great restaurants, independent shops, the beach, and old fishing quarter. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with interesting objects, and feels like home from home. The thoughtful details and numerous provisions made for a great and happy stay. Our thanks to the hosts for the ease or communication and plentiful suggestions and, of course, for the wonderful 'home'. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Julia has a lovely home and the photos don’t do it justice. Easy check-in instructions. Julia was quick to answer a query I had before our stay. Great location and a nice walk down to the Old Town. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely place to stay near the beautiful Rye town. There are some lovely walks around and lovely little shops nearby. Jacqui's place was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Property was immaculate, great location and had everything we could possibly need. Adam is a 5-star host, perfect communication throughout. Could not recommend enough! Thank you for having us!

A great Airbnb in Hastings - close to the rest of town, large and with excellent ameneities. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, the shower I used was one of the best I've ever used, and the area was fairly quiet after about 10/11pm. An excellent choice.

I came for a place to crash whilst cycling but the weather meant a day spent at the cottage. It was peaceful, relaxing, cosy and I got to meditate, binge on Netflix and enjoy the food at the local pub. Tina was so welcoming and such a kind person.

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

We had such a lovely stay in this very central and cosy flat. Really nicely decorated with all the essentials for cooking. A very generous welcome basket. Great shower and really comfy bed with a cute terrace just outside the bedroom.

We had a lovely stay at this lovely 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. The photos were accurate and the view was just as stunning in person. As a family of four, we really appreciated the space—the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any messages. Although the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—if anything, it’s a good excuse to come back and enjoy it again in better weather!

Great place, feels like home and perfectly located in the town centre and next to the beach. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Hanna was super responsive and helpful. Recommended. Would happily stay there again.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. I had the most wonderful stay in Carla’s beautiful annexe. The location is incredible. Being able to sit at the end of the garden in the mornings watching the sea was so wonderful. It was just so peaceful and tranquil and was exactly what I needed! Plus you can be on the beach in 2 mins. The Annexe itself was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean and no details had been overlooked. Really comfy sofa and bed and beautifully furnished. Carla was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. All in all this was a perfect stay for a short break away from the business of life. I would definitely return when I am looking for some time to myself. Thank you so much Carla for your hospitality 🙏🏻🥰

This is a beautiful home from home, it felt like staying with friends. We visited at Easter and there were two chocolate rabbits waiting for the kids, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen, living area and main bedroom are spacious and this is a great area. Close to the beach, train station, bars and restaurants. A lovely stay and we’d go back again.
