The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the upper floor. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport. In a garden lounge you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. Beim Schlafzimmer Nr 3 muss erwähnt werden, dass es nicht ein verschliessbares Zimmer ist, sondern das Bett steht auf einer offenen Galerie!

Quiet beautiful furnished flat

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
