The holiday apartment is located in Höchst and offers a beautiful view overlooking the mountain all the way to Switzerland. The 90 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for 2 people and a single one), a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer befinden sich eine begehbare Dusche und das WC, dies alles auf einer Gesamtfläche von 51 m2. Ebenso hat dieses Appartement eine Terrasse mit Grill.

Das Interieur des Tiny House ist modern, stilvoll und insbesondere mit viel Liebe zum Detail von mir gestaltet worden. Es verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Backofen, 4 Gas-Herdplatten, Spüle, Spülmaschine eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine sowie einem Toaster, Wasserkocher, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls für Sie bereit. Das Badezimmer ist umweltgerecht ausgestattet mit einer Trockentrenntoilette.
