Logement de plain-pied, facile d’accès et adapté aux personnes âgées. Proche de Nantes, de l’aéroport, de Planète Sauvage et à 25 minutes des plages. Draps, serviettes, café et thé fournis. On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Cozy nest with modern comforts + private parking. Ideal for one or two couples or a family of five. Fluent in German and English in use.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

There are numerous walks nearby on foot or by bike. - 25 min from Nantes - 30 min to the sea - 3 km from St Philbert city center If more than 2 people are coming, please reserve for the correct number of guests.
