The facilities are neat and all the facilities are perfectly equipped. You prepared wine, picked us up when we arrived and when we left, and I was grateful for everything. Great host Next time I go to Annecy, I definitely want to go there.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

We had a very nice stay at Nino's. The garden is inviting and large, sunny, with enough shade, so that our dog always had a nice place to rest. Our child also had a lot of fun, especially with the great children's books. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. Nino was always easily accessible and very friendly as a host. We were very nicely received, so we felt comfortable right away. All in all, everything was great, thank you very much!

Accommodation at the top faithful to the description and especially well located (quiet ) in the heights of Villaz There's even something to learn about nearby activities thanks to the manuals that Jean Marc and Sandrine provide The hosts were great and very welcoming and above all very responsive Wonderful stay I'd recommend it unseen 👍

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and well insulated. It is in the city center of Annecy, close to a shopping center and Lake Annecy a 10min walk away. Great location to explore the city on foot or bike! Guillaume was able to recommend good places (restaurants, bakeries, free parking...) and even lend us a crib and a high chair for our stay😊.

Warm and functional T2, it felt like you were alone. Hosts were super welcoming and very accommodating, and thank you so much for the phone charger. I highly recommend it and we will be happy to book again if we come back to Annecy.

This is the BEST airbnb I have ever stayed in!! If you have the opportunity to stay at Mickaelle’s place you have to book. The space was pristine clean. The airbnb is very spacious compared to others for the same price. Mickaelle was the loveliest host, she provided us with very useful recommendations and was super quick to response when we had a question. An absolute 5 star!!

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

Accommodation in accordance with the photos and descriptions, location a little noisy due to the passage of "Formula 1 drivers" in the street but otherwise quiet environment and neighborhood, easy to access and shops nearby if needed.

Loved the design of the apartment. Great location from train station and close for walking to the adorable old town. The apartment is on a main street so a little loud when the windows are open but we are from a small town so many might not notice this. Fans helpful for the heat wave. The kitchen is wonderful. Great stay overall.

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well furnished studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short, 10/10, thank you again! 🥰

Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and all the attention to make our short stay go well. It was a small stop for a single night on the occasion of a wedding but given the location it would be perfect for a longer stay.

I Ve stayed only one day but it had everything I needed . It is suitable for 1 young couple or 1 person because the bed is in the mezzanine with a slim ladder.Thank you Beatrice for your flexibility!

I can honestly say that I have never stayed anywhere that was so comfortable and stylish. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. There is even a mini cine room with a huge tv screen. The area is quiet and there is even parking space available, a great bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending this rental. The hosts are charming and helpful.

Pleasant accommodation in a quiet place, a little out of the way but the center remains easily accessible by public transport. Very happy stay. 😊

Great stay and highly recommend.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
