It has a beautiful living room with its kitchen open to the living room. The big plus is its balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The location is ideal for visiting the city and doing anything on foot.

My place is close to Bayonne/Biarritz. Quiet, on the side of the house, close to major road networks, it is ideally located to visit the Basque Country. Accommodation designed for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and four-legged companions. Warning: there is currently a house under construction on the next door lot. It's not a problem on weekends and evenings, but it generates a little noise on weekdays. The studio is nevertheless well insulated.
