Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.
