Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx

We stayed at Christophe's for a few days. Very nice and very functional apartment. Not far from Capbreton and Hossegor by car. Perfect stay and very kind and responsive host to messages when we need something.

Christophe was very responsive to our questions and welcomed us into the apartment. always very responsive. the location is great! next to the forest and the ocean. I definitely recommend this place. everything was clean and the apartment is very pretty inside

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and close to all shops (butcher, bakery, fishmonger,...). We'll be happy to go back!

We loved the property. It was very well thought out, tastefully appointed, with everything we needed for our visit. I didn’t like the plastic lined mattress pad on the bed, but everything else was very, very nice!

Imagine a peaceful haven in the heart of the authentic Basque Country... imagine in this peaceful haven a top apartment... Modern and hyper-functional kitchen, 3 bedrooms with top bedding, 2 bathrooms including one with bathtub and shower... fridge, freezer, induction hob and a terrace with table and bench and mountain views... and all this 15 minutes from the highway access, 10 minutes from a large area and 30 minutes from the ocean... Well, with great weather, we had a fantastic stay.

We really enjoyed Mickael's accommodation which is very nicely decorated and super well located (close to the beach, market, shops and restaurants), you can do anything on foot. Check-in was flexible and the exchanges were friendly. Thank you! 🙂

Very well located and perfectly equipped accommodation. Good quality and comfortable bedding. Quiet residence in June, few people present. Direct beach access is a real plus. However, the accommodation does not have enough openings in case of rain/storm. Because in this case, we have to close the only bay window on the west side and the mezzanine skylight... and there are no other windows. For the mezzanine bed, it was particularly hot. It was only June, I don't know how it can happen in August, for example, if everything has to be closed when it rains. Otherwise, perfect welcome. Thank you Agathe.

A very good welcome by Rachel when we arrived, she was available during our 3 days on site. The house is nice, located 15 min walk from the hyper center of Biarritz. The small garden, terrace and parking space are big pluses (and Rachel is kind enough to accept dogs, which is not so common). We felt very good in this nice cocoon, located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with a bakery, a butcher shop and a supermarket within 5 minutes' walk.

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

Very nice house, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets on each floor. The exterior is sublime and the outdoor kitchen (very functional) is really very practical and friendly. We had a wonderful weekend by the pool! Thank you Olivier for the warm welcome!

A super nice, clean place, absolutely romantic location close to Hossegor. By car, you can reach the beach in 5 minutes. You have everything you need on site. Communication with Eva also went smoothly. Since the accommodation is connected to the guesthouse, you can make contacts very quickly even as a solo traveler. I'd love to come back and miss our surf sessions together already! I'll be back

The villa exceeded our expectations, it was modern and clean. The venue vas private and close to a big supermarket. It was easy to move around by car to different towns. The closest town saint-jean-de-luz is very beautiful. The communication with Pierre was easy and things were negotiable.

Great location, we did everything on foot and by bike. Super quiet environment. Very beautiful terrace. Very nice bedding. Excellent value for money! Listening and responsive host!

Garden-level apartment in a small condominium, quiet, nice terrace. Good bedding Alice was very nice to let us leave later. Because it was possible 10 minutes' walk from the beach, so very pleasant Free parking

Camille was a wonderful host. She was very nice and was attentive to us on arrival and departure. The house is very nice and cozy. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. It was very clean.

Nadia’s place was in such a beautiful country side location but just a few minutes drive to the bars shops and restaurants, it had fabulous views of the sea and mountains, great for walking dogs too. The apartment was immaculately clean the bed was comfortable great shower and bathroom. Free ample parking, and lovely country surroundings. I would highly recommend a few days stay or as long as you can , I will definitely be back for another stay at Nadia’s beautiful house. Nadia was such a friendly person and went out of her way to help us book restaurants and advice us on lots of things .. Keith ( Yorkshire)
