Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Apartment in a large passive house. 2 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels are provided. Accessible for people with reduced mobility. A covered garage too. There are 2 terraces: one to the north if it's hot with a view of the cliff and one to the south for sunbathing and views of my garden and the small hills. Hiking trails pass in front of the house. The apartment is adjoining mine No pets and no smoking.

In a quiet hamlet, our accommodation is bright and new, with few neighbors and parking. In winter, you will be a 15-minute drive from the resorts of Herbouilly and Col du Rousset. The village of St Martin is a 5-minute drive with local shops, Chapelle-en-Vercors is a 10-minute drive.
