Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

We love the area and will be happy to provide you with information. Gîte adjoining our own accommodation, but without overlooking: privacy guaranteed (except for our curious chickens and cats)! Two large lots offer a secure space (rivers, picnic area, trampoline, games, swing...)

Apartment in a large passive house. A large bedroom: a double bed + a single bed. In the living room: sofa bed (17 cm mattress). Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels are provided. With 30 m² terrace, not overlooked, to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the red rock cliff to the north, the mountains to the east and the small hills to the south. Hiking trails pass in front of the house. The apartment is adjoining mine No pets and no smoking.
