Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! The cottage is independent, adjoining our house.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Petit studio aux Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) avec sa cave à ski au niveau des pistes. Skis aux pieds en hiver et au départ de magnifiques randonnées ! Le logement n'est pas grand (15m2) mais il est super confortable pour un couple... et un enfant éventuellement (chauffeuse 60x180 disponible) Il est situé à coté (à 50m!) de la supérette et des commerces, au 5ème et dernier étage avec ascenseur (pas de voisin au dessus de vous!).
