Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. The glass facade gives a fantastic view over the valley. Baker and grocery store in the village. To relax, this is the place!

We are in a very peaceful spot perfect if you are seeking tranquility and rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of a city. We are located in the south of the Haute Vienne close to the Dordogne and Correze borders, with lots of places to visit from charming villages and local markets to Chateaus and nearby cities.

Enjoy walks, biking, or fishing at the lake, or unwind in the comfort of the cottage. Close to the châteaux, it’s the perfect place for exploring. For convenience, we also have a bedroom in a separate cottage in the same hamlet. One more reason to get together as a family.

The kota can accommodate up to 3 people, with its 140x200 double bed and the sofa that converts into a 110x190 bed. Kitchenette equipped with fridge, gas hob and sink (dishes + cookware included).
