the rose hut is a true haven of peace in the middle of a heavenly environment very clean place with everything you need the spa is a real plus after beautiful hikes pleasant communication with Aurélie you are in the middle of splendid landscapes we recommend the Alfed Lake, the Auberge des Fontaines restaurant and hiking to the Ballon d'Alsace, and the Saut de l'Ognon and its waterfall a perfect stay 👍

We were a family of seven and the house was perfect. Very spacious and extraordinarily beautiful. The surrounding area is just amazing nature with a lovely city a few minutes drive. Beautiful trails around and cute coffee shops and restaurants and supermarkets in the towns around. Everything in the house worked well and was top quality. Anne was very helpful and nice. We would love to come back❤️

A beautiful house in a wonderful location... our kids had a lot of fun with the pool, the hot pot and especially with the soccer field. The large windows, the many terraces and the huge lounge are great for large families... A super nice vacation - definitely 5 out of 5 stars 👍

We had a wonderful time with you, in which we enjoyed the peace and the warm hospitality very much, both from Florence and Frédéric and from the dear elderly lady next door. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and kept very clean, as is the garden. Great importance is attached to privacy here. Also in the city, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and the fresh bread from the nearby bakery was simply delicious. Florence and Frédéric are respectful and very friendly hosts who are always available when you need them. We had some private challenges and they immediately and without hesitation offered their help, for which we are both very grateful. Very nice and warm house! It's spacious, lovely, and clean. Calm and greenery are at the rendezvous and this is very relaxing. The house is well furnished and equipped, we didn't miss anything. Thanks to the host for his professionalism and good communication. We recommend this place. Bye for now.

Larisa always responded quickly, giving precise instructions. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, pleasant, it had everything. It was close to the old town, a little further from the train station (about 20 minutes on foot), but even that can be walked. We would love to stay here again. :)

We had a wonderful stay in a haven of peace and nature. The accommodation is very well equipped, allows privacy despite the adjoining owners. Our hosts were charming and gave very good advice.

We stayed for a week in this accommodation and have nothing to complain about. The area was very quiet, with some good restaurants. We came here to cycle and walk and were very satisfied with the cottage. There were very many amenities and the garden and outside were very pleasant :) The owner was also very friendly and helpful to us. We can only recommend this accommodation!

We were very happy with the place. It matched the photos, was very clean and well equipped. The owners live directly above the apartment. We could hear them occasionally, but that did not bother us and the accommodation felt largely private - even the terrace area.

Good kitchen with good utensils and minibar. Spacious bathroom and good shower. Spacious room. The staircase to the mezzanine creaks a little when using it, but I believe it is normal for wood. Good overall structure.

Ideal apartment for four to five people in the center of Belfort. Quiet location accessible by elevator, spacious and very well arranged. Beautiful functional kitchen and beautiful living/dining room, nice bathroom, separate toilet, more than adequate bedroom, and the little extra: a balcony. Pro and responsive host. The only downside is that it's not possible to park nearby. But free parking about fifty meters away.
