Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Hi, We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. It is very well located, a few meters from the sea and La Plaine sur Mer is ideally located for those who want to discover the Jade Coast and further north the Côte d 'Amour. Within a 1 hour drive there are a lot of places to discover.

Excellent stay, too bad we only stayed 4 nights but we hope to return on a future getaway. Fabrice is very responsive, as soon as you ask him for information (walk, restaurant, etc.) he responds immediately. Her house is very well decorated and practical, you could stay there all year round, plus it's very close to the ocean.

The house of Antoine is absolutely amazing. I have rarely enjoyed such a view. 😍 It is super quiet and private and it’s perfect for 8 people. Two gardens, a beautiful terrasse and a super nice balcony offers enough space to do whatever the mood is. After a long day of sun on one of the several cute and calm beaches you can reach by foot, you can fire the oven and get cosy. I personally loved the more rough and cliffy spot right in front of the house for a swim in the mornings and evenings 😎 Would come back anytime. 🫶 PS: We also loved the Boulangerie de la Pointe just a few minutes by foot away 🥐🥖

We spent a wonderful week in the beautiful holiday home with our two children and grandparents. The house is located in a very quiet residential area and yet supermarkets, bakery, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful beach/sea is about 15 minutes' walk away. The house is very modern and tastefully decorated and really extraordinarily well equipped and clean. The contact with Baptiste and Mathilde was incredibly warm. We can only highly recommend this house and are very grateful that we were able to spend our holidays here.

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

The accommodation is very nice, there is room for 4 people. And each couple has their own bathroom :) I would recommend it without hesitating

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!
