Discover our charming cottage with heated swimming pool of 30 m2 between sea and countryside. This modern vacation rental is brand new, perfect for a relaxing vacation and can accommodate 2 people (and 1 child possible). Located on the Guérandaise Peninsula, 15 km from La Baule, our gîte is ideal for exploring the region and enjoying a pleasant stay. Mesquer/Quimiac beaches are 7 km away and many hikes and activities are within walking distance. The gates of the Morbihan golf course are 30 minutes away.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Deux logements disponibles, l'un pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 3 personnes. Pour votre tranquillité et votre confort, si vous louez l'un des deux, l'autre ne sera pas occupé. Mon logement est au calme en pleine nature auprès de chevaux, jolie vue sur le soleil couchant. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

🩵 Bienvenue à « Ker Nanou », dans notre maison de vacances entièrement rénovée située sur la Pointe de Pen Lan à Billiers. Offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et un accès direct à la plage des Amoureux ⛱️ ☀️, située juste devant la maison, elle est idéale pour des vacances au calme. Située à proximité du GR34, profitez de jolies balades le long des chemins côtiers. Vous pourrez apprécier le Domaine de Rochevilaine, situé à proximité, avec son restaurant gastronomique et son SPA marin.

Cottage in the heart of La Brière

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Come to relax in an exceptional and preserved site, in a mill of the fifteenth century, located in the heart of Morbihan. Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. Surrounded by forest, plains and moors, it's a paradise for trout fishing with no kill, photography or nature. Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

Between land and sea, between sea and marsh, "L'annexe des Ollivier's" is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Quimiac on the Guérande peninsula, in the Brière Regional Natural Park.
