It is set just 15 mins from the main A20 North to South & connections S West. however it benefits from a calm location within the old historical chapter and all amenities of the lovely Town. We are located in western Central France just North of the beautiful city of Limoges. Often referred to as the French Lake District we are 25 mins to St Pardoux including swimming beaches & an aqua park. Free wifi throughout the house including the terrace!

Set in 3 acres of grounds this self-contained property benefits from well-appointed accommodation with beautiful views from all windows towards the garden, private outside dining area & 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). The lovely gardens are home to numerous fruit & nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens and 5 rescue cats.

We have a modern 2 bedroom Gite, fully equipped and self contained. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom is a twin (two single beds). The kitchen diner comes with all the kitchen equipment included and a working wood burning stove. Situated in its own grounds, with a large in ground swimming pool. Located between Bellac & Le Dorat and only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. A perfect getaway retreat! We also have a one bedroom apartment upstairs sleeping an additional 2 people.

In the trees, you will have the surprise of seeing and hearing the peacock! A stay in the heart of nature! The gite must be left clean. Options: Sheets: kit 10 E/bed, to be paid on arrival. Electric car: 5.50 €/full Language: French Festive evenings that are too noisy, not respecting the place, are not accepted.

Located within the Haras de Pezard, a fully renovated house awaits you for a quiet stay or a business stopover amidst the meadows and hedgerows of the Haut-Limousin. You will find many hiking and/or mountain biking trails from the property. Le Dorat, labeled Petite Cité de Caractère, is less than a 5-minute drive away. You will find the magnificent collegiate church, a small supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, butcher shop, caterer, etc.

The cottages of the old orchard, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farmhouse, with a porch and an individual front door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from October 6 to April 21) and garden furniture allows you to enjoy the sun; you can access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.

A large living area is available on the ground floor, the bedrooms are located on the first and second floors as well as a playroom-bedroom, a children's paradise. The house is located on a certified organic farm, raising sheep, orchards, medicinal plants, meadows and cereals. Sale of products at the farm or in local markets.
