The accommodation is very well located, close to everything and especially the beach. Nearby bike path for a very pleasant walk by the sea. Private parking reserved for the residence, which is very convenient. Very friendly host!

We had a wonderful stay at Valérie and Boris's! Everything was as described. Breakfast on the pleasant terrace, really nice, quiet and yet 50 meters from the center! Everything can be done on foot. Thank you again for your hospitality, not forgetting Virginie. We'll be back soon!

Very nice apartment, beautiful decoration, spacious, 2 very large bedrooms each with its own bathroom Large living room and beautiful, very well-equipped kitchen (appliances and dishes) dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and dryer. Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valerie's kindness and her little attention. 5 min walk to the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there with your eyes closed.

It was impossible to make a mistake when arriving, all the explanations and details were clear. Jérémy is a very friendly person, and very attentive. The building and the accommodation are very quiet and very clean, the parking is secure, the entrance to the building is also secure. The accommodation has a large refrigerator and a real freezer A portable air conditioning system is available. The sofa bed mattress is extremely cosy. In fact, our stay was perfect. Great value for money! The accommodation is of impeccable quality, the layout is optimal, there is everything you need on site! The beach access 2 min away is a real luxury for an unbeatable price, and some charming villages to visit nearby. We ate at Bob's in St Palais, it was great, and we shared a board on the beach near the reserve. I would also like to point out that the co-host was great, simple, efficient and smiling, a very warm welcome (unlike the one we just had when we arrived in Biarritz...). The small garden is also quite nice, light in relation to the residence, but the residence is quiet and there is little traffic so it did not bother us. Thank you, we will come back to stay longer!

I am particularly satisfied with my stay in this very beautiful, well-equipped and decorated studio, 10 meters from the beach of Grande Conche, quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space. Very nice environment and very welcoming and friendly neighbors. As for Alexandre, he is super responsive and very friendly. I'll go back next year, no question.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.
