Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.

Private apartment located at the end of my house, with its own entrance and dedicated terrace. Located in a quiet residential area of Royan 1.5 km from Grande Conche beach, city center and central market, 600m from the cinema, pool and train station. Parking is easy and free in front of the house. Bed linen is provided as well as one hand towel per person, be sure to take your beach towels. The 1st necessary amenity is provided.
