This family home, which was renovated in 2021, is perfect for enjoying a pleasant vacation without having to drive; everything is accessible on foot or by bike. The beach is a 7-minute walk away, shops are 2 minutes away, and there are also a market, forest walks, tennis courts, a golf course, a zoo, a tree-climbing course, a boules court, a spa, restaurants, amusement parks, bike paths, a water sports center, and more. Everything is close by.

Shops within walking distance, and beach shuttle just around the corner. For ideal holidays with friends and family!

You will be 300 m from Lake St Palais and 1200 m from the market, the center, the beaches, restaurants and shops. You will also enjoy the seaside trails, forests, 18-hole golf course and equestrian center (both 400 m away), bike paths for long rides... not to mention water activities.
