The house is situated in a quiet rural area with views of rolling hills and the Foret du Bercé, a vast Oak forest—with some of the tallest Oak trees in France—as well as numerous mountain bike trails, walks and points of interest.

Come and recharge your batteries in this cozy cottage located in the commune of Grand Lucé and Saint-Vincent-du-Lorouer, in a natural, exotic and secluded setting, a true haven of peace. The cottage has a terrace outside overlooking nature. Inside, 1 shower room with sink, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room. Upstairs, a very nice bedroom with a closed double bed and 2 single beds in the mezzanine. Close to the Bercé Forest, enjoy the hiking, mountain biking, equestrian trails

Located in a small village between Tours and Le Mans, the Tiny house sits at the top of a hill, surrounded by greenery where our two ewes graze. Let yourself be surprised by the calm of the forest. You'll be able to see the stars from your bed and relax in the jacuzzi. Enjoy an unforgettable stay hiking in the vineyards, around the lake or browsing through castles, gardens and museums. Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Studio in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this little corner of nature. We are 30 minutes from Le Mans and its famous 24H circuit. Nearby you will find many walking and mountain biking tours (lulled forest for example). For the more adventurous in pretty villages are also to be discovered with their vineyards (Loire wines, Jasniere, Pineau d 'Aunis). The studio can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + sofa bed).

We welcome you to a separate unit on the first floor of the farmhouse. You will have 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living area. Many pretty villages around. Possibility of breakfast and/or meals on request.
