Ideally located, this beautiful 100 m2 renovated apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms, a spacious living room with balcony overlooking the lake. The view of the setting sun is stunning and will guarantee you moments of contemplation. The open kitchen has everything you need. One of the bedrooms is a master suite with bathroom. 5–10 minute walk to the lake, and local shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.)

A 19 m2 wooden POD, warm, with modern comfort and everything you need to feel at home. The 2 terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi heated all year round to 38°, offer an unobstructed view of a valley, the environment is calm. The Finnish grill is optional. The studio can accommodate 2 people (possibly with baby with baby cot provided). It is located on the ground floor of our main residence. Parking is available in the courtyard. You will be staying in this completely independent studio. Towels, sheets, tea, coffee, and cooking essentials will be at your disposal. Located 10 min. walk to the city center and only a few km from ski resorts and other activities.
