Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Nestled in the very heart of the Piton de Sancerre, this cottage will allow you to discover or rediscover the Sancerrois. This charming little house can accommodate up to 2 people and has all the necessary comforts. Cooked equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle. Upstairs the bedroom has a double bed 140x200 with bed linen provided. Shower room with WC and towels provided.
