Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Relax in this quiet and well-decorated studio with stunning views of nature. Located upstairs with an independent entrance. Ideally located near the Canut Valley, the Longrais estate, the Ker Lann Campus and the Exhibition Centre, and 25 km from Rennes or Paimpont. Bed linens and towels are provided. All you have to do is settle in and savor! Please note that if you come for 2 people, it will be either the queen bed or two separate single beds.

Located 20 minutes from Rennes, 10 minutes from Rennes St Jacques Exhibition Centre, and Ker Lann-Bruz Campus, 1/2 hour from Brocéliande, 1 hour from St Malo, and the Gulf of Morbihan, and 1.5 hours from Mont St Michel.

In Pont-Réan, studio of 19 m2 on the ground floor adjoining our house with an independent entrance. Parking spaces in the courtyard, our daughter also parked her small car, and garden. Separate bedroom, 140x190 cm bed, dressing room. Kitchen equipped with a kitchenette with sink, ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and TV. Bathroom with sink and shower. Separate toilet. Unsuitable for guests with disabilities.

The location is ideal, quiet, between: - amenities within walking distance: Shops, bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, restaurants, etc. - the start of the path that leads to the lake and then to the mill, via the old washhouse (regularly used by walkers and runners).
