Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

This is the second time we have stayed here. It was an ideal location for when we arrived in St Malo on a late ferry and had to leave on an early ferry. It's a lovely little apartment and we were very comfortable, like coming back to our home from home.

Small apartment right by the harbor with many possibilities to do something. We will be happy to come back.

Yann was a great host- very responsive, and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The location of this apartment made exploring the Intra-Muros area of Saint- Malo very easy. Highly recommend for groups of 2 or fewer.

4 of us had a wonderful stay at this flat! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — the attention to cleanliness and interior details really stood out. The location was also great: quiet, yet within walking distance (about 30 minutes) to both the port and bus station, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Communication was smooth, and the entire experience was hassle-free. I would absolutely recommend this place and host to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay in Saint Servan, a town close to the Corsican city within the walls. The apartment is functional and well laid out, close to the Bas Sablons beach and many shops. We took advantage of the local bus network for trips to discover the surroundings and the beautiful Emerald Coast. Thank you to Julien and Eliane for the welcome and the follow-up of the stay. Looking forward to coming back.

Very nice, well-equipped accommodation. We were able to walk from the train station in just over 20 min. The neighborhood is very nice with shops and the beach of Solidor 10 min walk. Access to Saint Malo intra-muros is very easy on foot in 15-20 min. We really enjoyed these few days.

We had a great time at this apartment in Saint-Malo. Ideally located, it allowed us to easily visit the inner city, the beaches, as well as the surroundings such as Cancale and Dinard. The apartment is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything is designed for the well-being of the tenants: quality bedding, well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this rental and will not hesitate to come back!

Beautiful apartment near the beach, large and bright. The jacuzzi is comfortable and a real plus that we really enjoyed! The large bedroom is beautiful, but the light enters in the morning through the ceiling, it is better to have a mask on the eyes if you prefer to sleep in the dark :). Be sure to read the listing carefully as well, since sheets and towels are not included and are available at an additional cost, which I found surprising (I missed the information in the listing text and did not appreciate it).

I highly recommend this accommodation, perfect for a walk around the Rance Valley. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, carefully decorated and tastefully done. The spa bath is the little extra that makes you feel good. Pleasant and available host. Enclosed parking, ideal for bikers. Don't hesitate to book.

Second time in this little haven of peace. Always a top service, very friendly welcome, meal tray and breakfast to die for and very hearty, very clean room and very comfortable bedding. A flawless place for us, you can come here with your eyes closed.

We spent 3 days with our two children in Chantal's accommodation and everything was there: A warm welcome, an environment worthy of the most beautiful postcards and what to say about the accommodation: straight out of a magazine, we felt at home and the jacuzzi delighted both the young and old. Bedding to relieve any back pain and a real haven of peace surrounding.
